Project 02 / 05
bridgewater
opelika, alabama
541-lot planned unit development on one of the most complex sites in our portfolio — extreme topography, floodplain constraints, and limited access. We master planned the project, rezoned from rural to PUD, secured CLOMR approval, designed a major stream crossing and culvert, and delivered full civil plans with value engineering throughout. Extensive coordination with the City of Opelika on every front.

estates at
arbor woods
auburn, alabama
19-lot conservation subdivision rezoned from rural to rural with conservation overlay. The entire concept was built around preserving the natural character of the land while delivering estate-quality lots with a rural feel. Minimal site disturbance and a no detention waiver kept costs down and the land intact.
