“Subdue was born out of one core principle:
disproportionate value can be created in predevelopment.
By combining our expertise in solving difficult
engineering problems, strategically mitigating risk, and
deploying substantial soft-cost capital, we create turnkey
opportunities for developers looking for inventory. There
is something beautiful about taking neglected or problem
properties, solving in predevelopment what others
couldn’t, and unlocking land for human flourishing where
it otherwise would have sat unused.”

“Builders need lots, and the land that becomes those lots
is harder to find every year. The obvious parcels are
gone. What’s left usually needs work: a rezoning, a
utility commitment, a plan that holds up in front of a
planning commission. Most builders don’t want to carry
that risk or that timeline. Most landowners don’t know
how to. That gap is where I work. I find raw land in growing
Southeast counties, take it through entitlement, and hand
a builder a package ready to close. When a builder takes a
deal from us, the hard questions have already been
answered. Whether you own land, broker it, or build on it,
I’m always glad to hear from you.”
